(Seoul=Yonhap Infomax) Myung Sub Byun – Samsung C&T Corp.'s Construction & Engineering Division (hereafter Samsung C&T) has implemented its 'Raemian AI Parking Lot' for the first time at Raemian One Perla (Bangbae 6th Reconstruction), positioning the development as a next-generation residential complex.
According to Samsung C&T on the 18th, Raemian One Perla, which will begin occupancy on the 26th, consists of 1,097 units across 16 buildings, with up to 22 floors above ground and four basement levels. The parking facility spans from the first to the fourth basement floor, offering an average of 1.8 parking spaces per household. Samsung C&T explained that the 'Raemian AI Parking Lot' enables more efficient use of these spaces.
The 'AI Parking Service' analyzes residents' parking data to recommend and guide them to preferred spots or locations closest to their residential building. Residents can conveniently check their parking location via the in-unit wall pad or Samsung C&T's 'Homeniq' home platform app.
The 'AI EV Charging Service' directs vehicles to the optimal charging location upon entry, automatically authenticates residents by recognizing license plates, and consolidates charging fees into the monthly maintenance bill. Once charging is complete, residents are notified to move their vehicles, ensuring efficient use of EV charging zones.
Notably, integrated CCTV units with flame detection sensors have been installed in EV charging areas to enable early detection and response to potential fires.
Kim Myung-seok, Executive Vice President and Head of the Housing Business Division at Samsung C&T, stated, "We have introduced state-of-the-art AI parking facilities to deliver a premium experience even in everyday parking spaces for residents," adding, "We will continue efforts to provide differentiated residential value going forward."
