AK Group Retains CEOs and Announces Executive Appointments to Overcome Group Crisis

(Seoul=Yonhap Infomax) Pil Joong Jeong = AK Group, a South Korean chaebol, announced on the 24th that it has carried out executive appointments aimed at overcoming the group's current crisis.

The latest personnel changes include the promotion of three executives to Executive Vice President, three to Senior Managing Director, and the appointment of five new Managing Directors, totaling 11 executives.

AK Group stated, "By retaining the current CEOs, we aim to stabilize management and improve the group's financial structure, while also accelerating the group's renewed growth by actively promoting young leaders who will drive future expansion."
