(Seoul=Yonhap Infomax) Ji Yeon Kim – Korea Money Brokerage, a leading interbank brokerage firm in South Korea, has provided winter supplies and homemade kimchi to underprivileged members of the local community.
The company announced on the 24th that it donated KRW 7 million ($5,400) to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea on the 20th as part of the "2026 Hope Ondol Warm Winter Campaign," a local welfare initiative.
In addition, employees of Korea Money Brokerage prepared and packaged approximately 5kg of kimchi, which was delivered to more than 120 households. The company also provided winter blankets to over 60 households in need.
Woo Hae-young, CEO of Korea Money Brokerage, stated, "We are very pleased to extend a helping hand to residents of Hyehwa-dong," adding, "We hope that the impact of our volunteer activities will spread, helping many people spend a warmer winter this year."
